Major Oak Fund
Nottinghamshire Community Foundation is building an endowment fund to benefit Nottingham and Nottinghamshire people forever.
Small grants will be made available to support groups in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire which will help sustain the wellbeing of our communities.
Every £1 of this target that we raise before the end of March 2010 will be matched pound for pound with a donation from the Government through the Grassroots Grants Scheme.
A few ideas to get you started
- Participate in a running event
- Do a sponsored walk
- Cycle the Coast to Coast route
- Hold a coffee morning
- Organise a Ladies Lunch
- Hold a tournament at your golf club
