First Award from the Samuel Fox Foundation

Stonebridge City Farm were so grateful to receive a fantastic donation of £38,000 from Nottingham Building Society to support their volunteer programme in 2022.

This is the first donation from The Nottingham’s new Samuel Fox Foundation, administered by Nottinghamshire Community Foundation on behalf of The Nottingham.  The cheque presentation took place on the birth date of Samuel Fox who founded the building society in 1849.  He also helped feed, home and educate those who needed it most at that time.

Peter from Stonebridge City Farm thanked everyone at The Nottingham for their sustained support of their work at the farm with the vulnerable and disadvantaged.
